Not Satisfied with Quality of Coffee?

Thanksgiving Coffee Company hopes you will be 100% satisfied with your coffee order. If for any reason this is not the case, please contact us at (800) 648-6491 or submit a message through our contact form within two weeks. We will refund your credit card or replace your coffee.

Returns on Non-Coffee Items

Thanksgiving Coffee Company accepts returns on defective non-coffee items within fifteen days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging, and returned to Thanksgiving Coffee Company within fifteen days. Returns on non-coffee items will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and outcomes will vary based on the state of the item. Please call us at (800) 648-6491 or submit a message through our contact form to discuss your order. No returns are accepted without written (email) authorization.

Items Damaged in Transit?

If your package of Thanksgiving Coffee arrives damaged, please call us or submit a message through our contact form within 72 hours of delivery. Take a photo of the damaged product and damaged shipping box (if both are defective), and send it to the email you are provided with via phone or response email. We will submit a claim through the shipping partner you chose on our website, and send your replacement coffee immediately.
