For more than 70 years, Defenders of Wildlife has been a powerful voice for the voiceless—protecting wolves, manatees, sea turtles, bears, and countless other threatened species. Since 2002, Thanksgiving Coffee has been proud to stand alongside them in this mission, using coffee as a tool to raise awareness and inspire action.

Through our Save Our Wolves coffee line, we’ve donated over $59,000 to support Defenders’ critical work across North America—from field efforts to policy advocacy on Capitol Hill.

As we evolve our offerings to focus more deeply on impact and sustainability, the Save Our Wolves blends will no longer be available as of 9/1/25.
